Outdoor work

It feels like a week since I last posted, yet it's only been a few days. Easter was great. The weather cooperated, my grandson was a charmer, and everything else fell neatly in line. I've already put nearly everything away in an attempt to get ready for more outdoor work.

Careful in the sun, fair one!

I, with the help of my Rosa, have already made a pretty good start, but there is a lot more to do. No need to bore you all with the details, but suffice it to say that there is a variety of things that require attention. But......

Not all outdoor chores take place in the garden.

........I don't seem to be one of them right now. Considering everything that has passed, I would have thought my libido would have perked up, but I am still in a very chore-driven but sex-neutral mindset. Even my honey managed to wrangle an O this weekend but I didn't even have an inkling to seek reciprocation. (I am wondering if there is a hormonal thing going on, since I tested very low-normal in testosterone in my recent bloodwork? My doctor said I was still in the normal range, but would prescribe something if I wanted it. After telling me the side effects, I declined. LOL)

I love her smile and obvious 'regular gal' charm.

So, I will be heading out to Home Depot shortly and then cutting down the dead stalks of my ornamental grasses. After that? Well, that will depend on my energy level and time left.  In the meantime, here are a few last shots of some daring outdoor workers:

This seems very studio-posed.( Unless that's potted, it's the wrong time to be transplanting lavender, dear.)

Workers come in all ages and sizes.

And genders. Here's one for the ladies!

And intensities too! These ladies are really working their asses off .............and will likely have them smacked regardless.

This butt however, seems far less over-worked...and much less likely to end up whipped.

The End.

  1. A great post to accompany some wonderful pictures. Wishing you many productive afternoons ahead!

    1. Thank you. I got a lot done today. I only stopped just now....except of course for lunch and dinner breaks.

  2. So cute!

FOR THE MEN: Testosterone (high levels of it anyway) put you at more risk of prostate cancer. Don't forget to have your yearly PSA blood test!

    1. Thanks. I thought they were a nice grouping.

Well maybe lower levels will protect me a bit? I go for everything at least once a year, sometimes with visits in-between.

  3. A bit different from our work dress code. It would be fun but not this week, we had snow today

    1. Snow?! Yikes! Stay dressed or you could have Jack Frost nipping at things other than noses.

    1. No problem. There were quite a lot of these to choose from.
